If you’re like most salon owners you’re NOT taking advantage of using a strong guarantee in your salon marketing message.

Now I know what you’re thinking.

If I guarantee my products and services someone will take advantage of them. Or you’re thinking that you’ll lose a lot of money using a strong guarantee.

NOT SO!!!

You will attract more clients that were on the fence procrastinating when you stand behind your products and services. Besides, wouldn’t you want your client’s to tell you they were dissatisfied before they left your salon, so that you could make it right? Or would you rather they be dissatisfied, and leave without a whisper, and go tell their family, friends, and colleagues how terrible your products or services are?

For every 20 new clients that you attract with a strong guarantee you may have 1 or 2 who’ll take advantage of your guarantees. It’s just business!

Take a look around to see who else is using guarantees in their salon marketing message. I can assure you that NO other salons in your market has the knowledge to use and implement guarantees.

If you implement strong guarantees in your salon marketing message, you’ll quickly separate yourself from your competitors giving you a distinct advantage in your market.

Let me share with you a few examples that you can use in your salon marketing message.

1.    “We guarantee our services or you pay nothing.”
2.    “We’ll guarantee that you look and feel 10 years younger or It’s FREE.”
3.    “If you’re not simply delighted with our products and services you can ask for a full refund NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

These are just a few examples of strong guarantees.

Don’t be afraid to use a strong guarantee. A strong guarantee will put your clients at ease knowing that you stand behind your products and services. This will also help you raise the bar for you and your staff if you haven’t been producing at a 100%.
